Hank has over 30 years of operating, executive management, and consulting experience. Prior to joining PBS, Mr. Holzapfel spent 27 years in various senior positions with Owens-Illinois, Inc., a global packaging and Fortune 200 company. He has extensive senior management experience serving in general management and executive positions within all divisions of Owens-Illinois. These included Vice President roles for its Glass Container Division (marketing, new product development, sales and sales service administration, and industry managers), Label and Carrier Divisions (general manager), Closure and Specialty Divisions (VP sales & marketing). He has acted as a change agent in reengineering businesses resulting in improved operations and profitability and has grown businesses through creative new product development, acquisitions, strong strategies, and new customer acquisition. His proven leadership abilities have been instrumental in developing and managing numerous successful, results-focused businesses. Hank earned a BBA from Ohio University and an MBA from Bowling Green State University and has served on numerous associations and boards.

Mike has more than 22 years of domestic and international
experience as a General Manager and Senior Marketing Executive with The
Clorox Company. Mike's leadership enabled his teams to develop and execute
numerous highly successful business unit strategies including more than
quadrupling sales of a key business unit, advancing it from # 7 in US
retail sales to #1. As Vice President - Marketing, International, he was
responsible for driving Clorox products to category leadership throughout
Latin America and building marketing infrastructures to support expansion
into new countries producing a ten-fold increase in sales. Mike led market
valuation and business development teams to build critical mass and market
stability throughout Latin America. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing
and an MA in International Relations from the University of Southern California
as well as a BA from Rutgers University.

CRAIG GASS

Craig serves as the Pragmatic Business Solutions
General Counsel as well as providing legal counsel to a select group of
San Francisco Bay Area firms. Most recently, he served as Assistant General
Counsel for Bank of America and as General Counsel / Vice President for
BA Merchant Services, a NYSE listed company. Craig has an extensive background
as General Counsel for publicly traded and privately held companies, coupled
with a broad background, in banking, finance, corporate, securities and
commercial law, among other matters. He holds a M.B.A. degree from the University
of Oregon at Eugene, a J.D. degree from Willamette University College of
Law in Salem, Oregon and a B.A. degree from Washington State University
in Pullman, Washington. |

IRA MADNICK

Ira has participated in numerous successful turnaround
assignments and has over 20 years experience in Operations Management with
P&L responsibility. Most recently he managed Global Operations for Kagoor
Networks, which was acquired by Juniper Networks. Previously he served as
Vice President and General Manager for the EMS Division of Elexus International;
acquired by Samina Corporation. Mr. Madnick also served as Director of Operations
for AMP Packaging Hayward Group; acquired by Tyco. Mr. Madnick holds a Bachelors
Degree in Finance and a Masters in Business Management and additionally
has participated in The Turnaround Management Associations and the Advisory
Board of the Industrial Engineering School, CSU Hayward. |

Mark offers a consistent pattern of creative
and comprehensive general business management that has led to successes
within the domestic and international IT Sales and Marketing functions.
Recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Silicon Valley Bank's
VentureLink, Inc. Immediately prior, he was the Vice President, General
Manager for the Open Systems Business Unit of Hitachi Data Systems and Director
- Strategic Programs for Hitachi, where he gained extensive depth and credentials
in the international arena. His early career includes executive level management
and troubleshooting positions with Honeywell Information Systems, Inc. Mark
holds a B.A. degree in Economics, University of Washington. |

PAUL OGORZELEC

Paul brings an in-depth knowledge of public and
private financial matters in the banking and financial services industries,
extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and in interacting
with the SEC, Financial Accounting Standards Board and banking regulators.
Recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Financial Controller
at BankAmerica Corporation's San Francisco headquarters. At Bank America
he also held the positions of Senior Vice President and Deputy Financial
Controller. His career started at Arthur Andersen & Company where he
rose from the position of Staff Accountant to Partner for twelve years.
Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a M.B.A. degree from Indiana
University, Bloomington, Indiana, and a B.S. degree in Accounting from St.
Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana. |

JOHN STALLCUP

John Stallcup has over 20 years of successful
experience as a senior marketer with focus on the Wine (The Wine Group)
and Beverage (Crystal Geyser and McKesson Corp.) industries building brand
equity. John has a demonstrated ability to quickly recognize hidden value
in existing brands (Franzia, Corbett Canyon), develop and launch successful
new products (Foxhorn) and reposition existing brands (Tejava, Crystal Geyser).
John is known for maximizing the impact of marketing budgets by leveraging
brand equity across channels, focusing the marketing mix on high leverage
components, as well as efficiently selecting and managing marketing vendors.
He has an MA in Human Behavior from United States International University
and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University. |
